Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of all stores within the assigned area of operation with full P&L responsibility.
• Foster Dollar General’s mission and values across the region.
• Deliver superior customer service through well-managed, friendly stores.
• Drive area sales growth through quality orders and efficient flow processes.
• Ensure optimal inventory presentation and effective use of tools to support store performance.
• Plan and execute company objectives and optimize scheduling for performance.
