Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a Store Operations leader to plan and oversee all stores within the assigned area, with full profit and loss responsibility and alignment to company objectives. The role requires weekly travel in a company-provided vehicle and strong leadership to drive sales, inventory control, and customer service.

Candidates should have 4+ years of retail management experience, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and a track record of achieving goals in multi-unit environments.

Qualifications

• Four+ years retail management experience with progressively more responsibility, managing multi-unit operations in retail, grocery or convenience store operations with full P&L responsibility.
• "Big-box" retail management and/or equivalent education and experience combination will be considered.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
