Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a seasoned field leader to plan and oversee all stores within the assigned area, with full P&L responsibility and alignment to company objectives. The role emphasizes driving sales growth, inventory integrity, and exceptional customer service across multiple locations.

Travel weekly in a company-provided vehicle is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred, plus four or more years of multi-unit retail management with proven leadership and budget management abilities.

Qualifications

• Four+ years retail management experience with full P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Big-box retail management and/or equivalent education and experience combination will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead all stores within the assigned area with full P&L responsibility.
• Ensure superior customer service through engaging store experiences.
• Plan and execute company objectives and optimize inventory presentation.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within operational area.
• Communicate divisional and regional priorities to store teams.
