Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a regional store leader to plan and oversee multiple stores, bearing full P&L responsibility. You will lead teams, drive sales growth, manage budgets, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining inventory discipline.

You will recruit and develop staff, enforce policy, and pursue new business opportunities, all while protecting assets and aligning with company priorities across the region.

Qualifications

• Four+ years retail management experience with progressively more responsibility and full P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; big-box retail management and/or equivalent education and experience considered.
