Responsibilities

• Develops a cohesive retail team aligned with the Bank’s strategy and core values.
• Sets daily and weekly sales plans with branch staff.
• Reports sales and performance weekly to Senior Retail Management.
• Supports, mentors, and coaches Sales Team.
• Assists Branch Management in setting sales goals and ensures accountability for sales performance.
• Prepares branch staff for advancement within the organization.
• Ensures operational and audit compliance.
