FourLeaf Federal Credit Union is seeking a VP Regional Manager, Retail Growth to lead Branch Managers in Suffolk, drive sales and balance sheet growth, and partner with regional service and operations leaders. The role focuses on staffing, strategic recommendations, and enhancing member experience across the region.

The position requires strong leadership, a track record of sales achievement, and an ability to recruit and develop teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in retail banking or financial services, with regional or multi-branch responsibility.
• NMLS License required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop forward-thinking sales strategies aligned with the credit union’s goals.
• Lead and coach Branch teams to achieve sales, service and employee experience excellence.
• Implement process improvements to drive revenue and enhance member experience.
• Drive growth and expand the membership base within the region.
• Achieve sales targets and monitor progress with guidance and performance management.
