Job summary

Suffolk Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a full-service branch, promoting a strong sales and service culture while ensuring compliant operations and excellent member service. The role focuses on staff leadership, performance management, and community engagement to drive deposits, loans, and relationships.

Qualified candidates will have multiple years in branch administration with leadership and sales success, plus a Notary Public certificate and NMLS-ID or the ability to obtain

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of branch administration experience, with 2 years in a leadership role with sales success.
• Notary Public certificate required; NMLS-ID required or must be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Promote a sales and service culture and oversee daily branch operations including lending, member service, and security.
• Lead and develop branch staff through coaching, scheduling, and performance management with HR collaboration.
• Set branch goals and monitor performance to meet milestones and budgets.
• Analyze branch loan production and sales data to inform strategic decisions.
• Coordinate development of new credit union products/services and participate in community events.
