Job summary

Go! Retail Group, based in Austin, TX, seeks a Regional Director to lead operational performance, sales results, and talent development across an assigned geographic territory spanning Employee-Managed, Operator-Run, GO, TRU, and Disney stores where applicable.

Store formats will be assigned by the EVP of Retail Sales. This role requires the agility to flex leadership by format, partnering with brand and corporate teams while delivering profitability, customer experience, and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of retail leadership experience, multi-store exposure preferred.
• Experience with franchisees, licensees, or independent operators is a strong plus.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and optimizes operations across multiple store formats within the territory.
• Drives brand standards, profitability, and KPI attainment for all locations.
• Mentors store leadership, recruits and develops talent, and plans succession.
• Partners with merchandising, licensing, HR, and analytics to resolve issues.
• Travels approximately 50% of the time to perform store visits and audits.
