BMO Harris Bank is seeking a seasoned Market/Regional Leader for the Northbrook, IL area. This role directs and coaches branch teams to deliver exceptional personal banking and credit card services, while aligning with BMO's purpose and growth strategies.

You will guide sales, service, and operational excellence to maximize branch performance and customer satisfaction. The position requires deep knowledge of retail banking products, strong leadership, and the ability to build interdepartmental

Qualifications

• Typically 9+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree.
• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• Expert knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Expert knowledge of branch operations, policies, and technology.
• Licensing requirements: Series 6/63/65 or Series 7/66 where applicable.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Coaches employees to deliver exceptional service and meet customer needs.
• Advises customers on products and strategies that meet financial objectives.
• Develops and executes branch business plans to maximize growth and wallet share.
• Drives referrals, collaborations, and sales across the bank.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.
