Job summary

Truist is seeking a Retail Region Leader in Dallas, TX to drive performance of a large regional retail and small business team across a network of branches. You will set direction, lead leaders, ensure superior client experience, and collaborate with Region Presidents to execute the community bank model.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 10 years financial services, 3 years leadership, strong sales and relationship skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities across a large geography.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training.
• Ten years of financial services experience.
• Three years of leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal, sales and relationship management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading large geographically dispersed teams.
• Sales execution in financial services across large geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and instill purpose, mission and values within retail and small business teams.
• Oversee performance, productivity and growth drivers across regions.
• Foster communication to deliver superior client experience.
• Ensure balanced financial performance of region and branches.
• Oversee expenses and manage operational, compliance, and risk activities.
• Collaborate with Region President and Market Presidents to deliver the community bank model.
