Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Regional Merchant Lead (Outside Sales) to own the full sales cycle for onboarding restaurant partners within the assigned market. You will prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with local and regional merchants, traveling 50%+ of the time to meet owners and build strong local relationships.

You will sell multi‑product solutions, tailor pitches, and negotiate revenue share agreements while driving DoorDash revenue growth and merchant success in a fast-paced field

Qualifications

2+ years closing sales in outside/field environment.
Ability to close deals quickly in a transactional cycle.
History of exceeding KPIs and sales targets.
Experience selling multi‑product solutions and tailoring pitches.

Responsibilities

Own full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with restaurant partners.
Meet with restaurant owners, pitch offerings, negotiate revenue shares.
Travel 50%+ in the region for in-person merchant meetings.
Build and maintain local relationships to drive SMB growth.
