DoorDash is seeking a Regional Merchant Lead (Outside Sales Representative) to own the full sales cycle for onboarding restaurant partners in the assigned market. You will prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with local merchants, presenting DoorDash’s multi‑product solutions.

This field role requires travel within the region (50%+ in‑field, typically 2–3 days per week) with options to work remotely or from a DoorDash office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a closing sales role, outside sales or field-forward environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, transactional sales cycle with quick closes.
• Experience selling multi-product solutions and tailoring pitches to each merchant.
• Demonstrated creative and resourceful outreach tactics to open doors with prospects.
• Proficiency with CRM/sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Chorus, Google Apps).

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for onboarding restaurant partners in the assigned market.
• Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with local merchants across the market.
• Meet restaurant owners in-person, present DoorDash offerings, and negotiate revenue share agreements.
