Job summary

DoorDash, Inc. is seeking a Regional Merchant Lead (Outside Sales Representative) to own the full sales cycle for onboarding new restaurant partners in the assigned market.

You will meet with restaurant owners, present DoorDash offerings, and negotiate revenue share agreements to help grow their business. This field role requires 50%+ in-field time (2–3 days/week) with travel within the region, plus flexibility to work remotely or from a DoorDash office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a closing sales role, outside sales or field-forward environment.
• Ability to close transactions quickly in a fast-paced cycle.
• Experience selling multi-product solutions and tailoring pitches to merchants.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs with disciplined activity.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle for bringing new restaurant partners onto DoorDash.
• Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with local/regional merchants.
• Travel up to 50% within the region; hybrid work with flexibility to work remotely or from an office.
