DoorDash is seeking a Regional Merchant Lead (Outside Sales Representative) to own the full sales cycle for onboarding new restaurant partners. You will prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with local and regional merchants across your market.

This field sales role involves 50%+ travel, meeting restaurant owners in-person, and using multi-product solutions to grow partner business. Hybrid work with in-field activity and some office time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a closing sales role, preferably outside sales or field-forward.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, transaction sales cycle with quick closes.
• Experience selling multi-product solutions and tailoring pitches to merchants.
• Strong discovery, communication, and merchant-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for bringing new restaurant partners onto DoorDash.
• Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with local and regional merchants.
• Travel within the region; 50%+ of time in-field meeting with merchants.
• Collaborate with leadership and operations to share insights.
