Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Regional Merchant Lead (Outside Sales Representative) in the San Antonio area to own the full sales cycle for bringing new restaurant partners onto the platform. You will prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with local and regional merchants and build strong local relationships to grow SMB partnerships.

This field sales role requires 50%+ in-field time, travel within the region, and the flexibility to work remotely or from a DoorDash office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a closing sales role (outside sales/field)
• Thrives in fast-paced, transactional sales cycles
• Consistently exceeded KPIs & sales targets
• Experience selling multi-product solutions to merchants
• Strong discovery, communication, and merchant-first mindset
• Creative and resourceful outreach tactics to open doors
• Proficient with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Chorus, Google Apps)

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle for bringing new restaurant partners onto DoorDash
• Meet with restaurant owners, pitch, negotiate, and close deals
• Travel within the region; 50%+ in-field time; flexible to work remotely or from a DoorDash office
• Collaborate with sales leadership and operations to drive revenue and merchant success
