Job summary

Long John Silver’s is seeking an Area Supervisor (District Manager) to lead approximately 6–9 company-owned restaurants. You will partner with the Director of Operations to develop regional strategies and help RGMs exceed annual operating plans.

You will coach and support restaurant teams, ensure food safety and brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction while managing budgets and travel across the region.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 55 years ago we began our mission to bring great-tasting seafood.
• Serv-Safe certification required; must be able/willing to obtain if not already certified.
