Job summary

Long John Silver’s, established restaurant brand, seeks an Area Supervisor to lead 6–9 company restaurants. You will partner with the Director of Operations to plan strategies, coach RGMs, ensure safety and service excellence, and drive sales across the region.

The role requires 5–7 years in fast casual supervision, Serv-Safe certification, and willingness to travel up to 70% across sites. Competitive benefits accompany a strong leadership path.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• 5–7 years’ experience as an Area Supervisor in Quick Service or Fast Casual restaurants.
• Serv-Safe certification required; must be able/willing to obtain if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide operations leadership and accountability for 6-9 company-owned Long John Silver’s restaurants.
• Coach and direct RGMs and team members; ensure compliance with labor, safety and brand standards.
• Maintain food safety, product and facility specifications; review performance targets and drive guest satisfaction.
• Train, develop and retain RGMs; conduct regular performance reviews and progressive discipline when required.
• Cascading communications and timely updates; manage budgets and support new product/marketing initiatives.
