The District Manager will supervise managers and crews, uphold food quality, safety, and sanitation standards while guiding performance to meet sales targets across the district.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise restaurant managers and staff to run an excellent operation.
• Provide counsel to General Managers to establish profitable business plans.
• Ensure profit by following guidelines for sales growth, pricing and wages.
• Undergo ongoing training and train staff in operations and personal development.
• Coach store managers on progressive discipline, termination and staff development.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, safety and staffing standards across locations.
• Recruit restaurant staff and address performance issues promptly.
• Monitor COGS and labor variance targets across restaurants.
