Job summary

Sonic Drive-In is seeking an Area Supervisor to partner with restaurant managers to drive customer satisfaction, financial results, and team development across multiple locations in Arkansas. You will lead and coach staff, enforce policies, and ensure safe, efficient operations.

The role requires experienced leadership, a strong focus on service quality, and the ability to travel between locations as needed, including weekends and closing shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years multi-unit quick service restaurant management experience.
• Demonstrates exceptional customer service and leadership.
• Able to work 50 hours per week including weekends and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Enforce company SOPs and procedures.
• Oversee daily operations standards & financial performance of restaurants.
• Assist in recruiting and training of new team members and in retraining of current staff when needed.
• Assess talent and provide constructive feedback.
• Assist in new menu, product, and marketing promotion rollouts.
• Provide leadership and direction to all restaurant employees and managers; coach and motivate staff to achieve high service quality.
• Counsel and discipline team members as necessary; resolve conflicts and improve performance.
• Respond quickly to customer concerns and identify potential issues.
• Ensure employees are trained, motivated, and empowered to deliver total customer satisfaction.
• Prepare qualified employees for promotion and develop managers to meet business goals.
• Maximize financial performance by managing COGS and labor while increasing sales.
• Enforce all labor laws and food safety standards.
