Job summary

Sonic Drive-In in Illinois is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead multi-unit quick-service restaurant operations, drive customer service excellence, and optimize financial results through strong people leadership.

You will oversee daily standards across restaurants, recruit and train staff, coach managers, implement new menus and promotions, and ensure compliance with food safety, labor laws, and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years multi-unit quick service restaurant management.
• Able to travel between restaurant locations as needed.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a track record in guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations standards & financial performance of restaurants.
• Assist in recruiting and training of new team members and in re-training of current staff when needed.
• Provide overall leadership and direction to all restaurant employees and managers.
• Coach and motivate staff to achieve service quality and sales goals.
• Implement promotions and menu changes; ensure food safety and labor compliance.
