Job summary

The Sonic Drive-In in Hot Springs, AR is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations in partnership with the General Manager. You will lead a team to deliver quality food, maintain a clean, safe, and efficient guest experience, and model a Fair, Firm, Fun leadership style.

You will assist with staffing, training, coaching, and developing team members, while helping manage the drive-in's profit and loss and ensuring compliance with all laws and Sonic standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum management experience in restaurant or retail.
• Strong leadership, communication and coaching abilities.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Drive-In operations in collaboration with the General Manager.
• Assist with hiring, training, supervising, and developing team members.
• Help manage a profit and loss statement to meet financial targets.
• Enforce Sonic safety, sanitation standards and compliance with laws and company policies.
