Job summary

Serendipity Recruiting in Fargo, ND is looking for a Restaurant District Manager to oversee 8–15 company restaurants in a defined region. You will drive sales and profits through strong financial management and leadership of the General Managers.

Two to four years of multi-unit supervisory experience in the restaurant industry are preferred. Proficiency with Word and Excel and knowledge of OSHA/EEOC regulations and employment laws are expected.

• Proficiency with Word and Excel; familiarity with internet navigation.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements sales-building strategies to maximize district sales and earnings.
• Monitors labor efficiency and controls expenses within budgets.
• Oversees scheduling and performance of General Managers across 8–15 units.
• Executes financial results and ensures accountability for district profitability.
• Leads and supports restaurant management to drive growth opportunities.
