Aufgaben

• Assist with Hiring and training new employees.
• Organize and oversee the schedules and work of assigned staff.
• Provide coverage to open management positions within the region.
• Oversee the shipping and receiving functions.
• Coordinate with HR, finance, and logistics to ensure production operations.
• Determine labor needs to meet production goals.
• Assist with budget preparation for the operations unit.
• Assist with onboarding of foreign guest workers (e.g., H2B/J1).
• Conduct weekly inspections, inventory counts, and weekly reports.
• Cover Manager and Dispatcher needs when short staffed.
