Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 5+ years of regional-level property management experience preferred.
• Supervisory and leadership experience.
• Strong financial acumen is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with asset management to prepare annual budgets and re-forecasts.
• Ensure capital improvements are completed on time and within budget.
• Minimize delinquencies and work to achieve budgeted revenues and occupancy goals.
• Review and approve rent increase proposals, distributing letters per regulations.
• Maintain property facilities to company standards.
• Train staff for guest and resident relations through ongoing communications.
