Holiday Inn Club Vacations seeks a Regional Resort Technology Support Technician to provide on-site IT support at assigned resorts and sales centers across the region. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, support resort leadership, sales, and operations, and coordinate with the Technology Services team.

Qualifikationen

• At least three years of experience in a related information technology support position.
• Experience installing, configuring, upgrading, securing, and administering PCs and related technology equipment.
• Experience supporting multiple locations or operational environments is preferred.
• Experience supporting business applications, sales technology, resort systems, or guest-facing technology is preferred.
• Ability to provide professional, customer-focused technical support.
• Ability to troubleshoot, respond to questions, and provide timely resolutions.
• Clear communication of status, impact and resolution timelines to users and management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft business applications, and common desktop technologies.
• Working knowledge of PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, peripherals, mobile devices, and basic network connectivity.
• Ability to travel between assigned locations as required.
