Liberty Military Housing in Oceanside, CA is looking for a Resident Relations Manager to lead customer service across regional communities. You will mentor the CSR team, resolve complex resident issues, and ensure service excellence aligned with LMH standards.

The role requires 2–4 years in customer service, preferably in property management, with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and Yardi/Payscan. Travel and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a customer service role; property management experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role with ability to train and mentor employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional customer service support and mentor the CSR team.
• Resolve resident concerns and coordinate with staff to address issues.
• Assist prospective residents with lease information, community details, and move‑in process.
• Respond to resident inquiries and social media postings as needed.
• Represent Liberty Military Housing on Resident Advisory Board and promote positive resident relations.
