Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co. is seeking a Rental Sales Representative in Pennsylvania to expand market share and revenue within specified counties. The role focuses on client calls, needs assessment, and strategic account growth in a competitive market.

You will work with other sales professionals to build a broad customer base, including industrial and non-traditional accounts, while maintaining strong product knowledge and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in rental or sales of construction equipment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities required.
• Ability to visit customers daily in the territory.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily jobsite sales calls to grow rental revenue.
• Assess customer needs and respond to market conditions and pricing.
• Build a diverse customer portfolio including industrial and traditional accounts.
• Meet or exceed revenue and account growth targets.
• Provide after-hours support to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with other reps and cross-functional teams.
• Territory counties include Mckean, Cameron, Potter, Clinton, Tioga, Lycoming
