Job summary

Cleveland Brothers Caterpillar is seeking an entry level Rental Shop Technician in Cranberry Township, PA. You will perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to our rental fleet and customer equipment, ensuring machines are ready for the next rental.

Training and specialty tools are provided to set you up for success. Key responsibilities include cleaning machines, conducting inspections, and completing safety checks while maintaining a strong mechanical aptitude and positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate basic software.
• Willingness to learn and advance in a technical role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with a good work ethic.
• Comfort with overtime as needed.
• Experience from technical schools or military background is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior and exterior of machines.
• Perform routine maintenance on rental fleet and customer equipment.

Cleveland Brothers Caterpillar is seeking an entry levelRental Shop Technician.

A Rental Shop Technician will perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to rental fleet and customer equipment. The main focus of this position will be making machines ready for the next rental. This may include:

• Cleaning of interior / exterior of machines
• Routine maintenance
• Repairs as needed
• Machine operational and safety checks
• Completing online equipment inspections

Cleveland Brothers will provide you the necessary training and specialty tools to be successful as a technician working for the largest equipment company in Pennsylvania / West Virginia.

Requirements:

• Basic computer skills
• Basic tools
• Ability to work independently
• A strong mechanical aptitude, the willingness to learn and advance, a good work ethic and a positive attitude
• Work overtime as needed
• A wide range of experience is acceptable to the company including technical schools, military background and or job experience
