Theradynamics is seeking a Regional Manager to support clinical operations across multiple rehabilitation practices in Suffolk County, NY. This senior role guides leadership, ensures high-quality care, and aligns with Theradynamics' mission and values.

The ideal candidate holds a therapy degree, state license, and 2+ years of rehab director experience, with demonstrated ability to oversee multiple facilities and drive compliant, efficient services.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in overseeing clinical operations.
• Ability to develop and implement clinical programs across multiple facilities.
• Strong documentation and training skills for staff and providers.
• Experience managing multi-site regional rehab operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient needs are met and care is well-documented across sites.
• Serve as a resource for clinical program and caseload development.
• Provide documentation and billing training to staff.
• Complete quarterly documentation audits for each practice.
• Coordinate regional audits and cross-region improvements.
• Schedule and lead calls/meetings with rehab directors for communication and training.
• Support responses to denied therapy claims and third-party audits.
• Lead monthly and quarterly clinical operations reviews with stakeholders.
• Visit assigned facilities weekly and remain available to rehab directors and customers.
