Responsibilities

• Orient and train rehabilitation personnel.
• Complete skills competency checklists for all rehabilitation staff.
• Review and update Rehabilitation policy and procedures for compliance with regulations.
• Supervise rehabilitation clinical and support staff within the facility.
• Conduct Monthly Quality Assurance Reviews and Chart Audits for patients.
• Provide monthly and quarterly management reports with productivity metrics.
• Review referrals and discharges to evaluate service delivery.
