Job summary

QRM is seeking an experienced Regional Therapy Director to lead therapy program oversight across multiple SNFs in the MA/CT region, focusing on PDPM reimbursement, compliance, and clinical excellence.

The role requires MA/CT licensed therapists (PT/OT/SLP), 3–5 years of long-term care supervisory experience, and strong travel readiness to cover the territory with regular overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Licensed in MA or CT to practice therapy
• 3–5 years of clinical experience in long-term care with supervisory/admin roles
• Must have prior multi-site SNF management
• Travel ability with regular overnight stays
• Knowledge of PDPM, Medicare reimbursement, compliance
• HIPAA knowledge and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation, training and support for the assigned area
• Analyze systems and processes to ensure regulatory and company policy compliance
• Advise and implement changes to improve rehab oversight and payment performance
• Conduct audits of assessments, documentation and data to promote best practices
• Mentor and train facility teams to ensure effective implementation of recommendations
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues and ensure coverage across the region
