PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking a Senior Director of Rehabilitation (Sr. DOR) to lead therapy services across multiple accounts. The role primarily oversees supervision, budget development, and contract management while ensuring top-quality patient care and compliance.

The position requires a bachelor's degree in a rehabilitation discipline, 3 years of direct patient care, 2 years in management, PTA program graduation, and licensure eligibility. Competitive salary is shown in posted range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in rehabilitation; three years of direct patient care.
• Two years of management experience.
• Graduate of PTA program accredited by APTA; licensure eligibility as required by state.

Responsabilités

• Supervises DORs in assigned accounts and provides orientation, mentoring and training.
• Provides direct patient care.
• Monitors clinical services for ethical and compliant delivery.
• Manages rehabilitation services with DORs under supervision.
• Ensures high standard of rehabilitation services.
• Oversees annual performance appraisals for therapy staff.
• Supports DORs in hiring/terminating therapy staff with approvals.
• Ensures facility reports are completed weekly/monthly.
• Assists COAD with annual budget prep and meeting budget goals.
• Assists COAD in identifying and securing new contracts and managing key customer relationships.
• Performs other related duties as required.
