Theradynamics is seeking a Rehabilitation Program Director to plan, organize and manage rehabilitation services within a CHHA in New York. You will lead the rehab team, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and drive program development to improve patient outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master’s in PT/OT, current license, and at least 3 years of rehab leadership experience. A strong emphasis on interdisciplinary collaboration and communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy.
• Current state license.
• Minimum 3 years rehabilitation experience.
• Proven leadership and program development/supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of state, federal and therapy practice act legislation/law.

Responsabilités

• Oversee rehabilitation services delivery and program management.
• Direct supervision of rehabilitation clinical and support staff.
• Conduct quarterly quality assurance reviews and chart audits.
• Review and update rehabilitation policies to stay compliant with regulations.
• Develop action plans for non-conforming areas and monitor progress.
• Assist in market analysis and recommendations for new rehab programs.
