Job summary

Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is hiring a Service Technician to repair, maintain, and support industrial refrigeration equipment for our customers. The role requires working knowledge of commercial and industrial refrigeration and electrical controls.

The position offers a standard Monday–Friday schedule with regional overnight travel (50–60 hours per week) and requires pre-employment drug and background checks including motor vehicle record screening.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant refrigeration experience.
• Knowledge of controls and electric (high and low voltage).
• Universal EPA certification.
• Motor alignment experience.
• RETA 1&2 certification preferred.
• This position is a safety sensitive role with pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance support to industrial accounts (100 HP to 5,000 HP).
• Perform routine and emergency service on ammonia and Freon refrigeration equipment.
• Troubleshoot screw and reciprocating compressors and control/alarm systems.
• Adhere to safety policies and governing requirements.
