Job summary

Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to repair, maintain, and support industrial refrigeration equipment for our customers.

A working knowledge of commercial and industrial refrigeration and electrical controls is required, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience. The role involves regional overnight travel (50-60 hours per week) and a pay range of $30-$60/hour, depending on experience. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supermarket/rack/industrial refrigeration systems.
• Knowledge of controls and electric (high and low voltage).
• Universal EPA certification.
• Motor alignment experience.
• RETA 1&2 certification preferred.
• Tobacco-free workplace policy applies.
• Pre-employment drug, felony, and MVR screenings required.
• Position is safety sensitive with drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain refrigeration equipment for industrial accounts.
• Perform routine and emergency service on ammonia and Freon systems.
• Inspect and troubleshoot screw and reciprocating compressors and control/alarm systems.
• Adhere to all safety policies and governing requirements.
