Job summary

Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. seeks a Service Technician to repair, maintain, and support industrial refrigeration equipment for diverse customers. A working knowledge of commercial and industrial refrigeration and electrical controls is required to succeed in this role.

The schedule is Monday–Friday with 45–60 hours per week. The position offers a competitive pay range ($30–$60/hour) and a comprehensive benefits package including retirement, health, and life insurance options.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' of relevant experience in industrial refrigeration systems.
• Knowledge of controls and electric (high and low voltage).
• Universal EPA certification.
• Motor alignment experience.
• RETA 1&2 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Refrigeration repair and maintenance support for industrial accounts.
• Perform routine and emergency service on ammonia and Freon equipment.
• Troubleshoot screw and reciprocating compressors and control/alarm systems.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
