Job summary

Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to repair and maintain industrial refrigeration equipment for our customers. A working knowledge of commercial and industrial refrigeration and electrical controls is required to be successful in this role.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with 45–60 hours per week, and pay is $30–$60/hour depending on experience. The position offers safety training, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional development

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial refrigeration systems.
• Knowledge of controls and electric (high and low voltage).
• Universal EPA certification required.
• RETA 1/2 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform refrigeration repair and maintenance on equipment ranging from 100 HP to 5,000 HP.
• Troubleshoot ammonia and Freon systems and related electrical controls.
• Adhere to all safety policies and governing requirements.
• Provide ongoing support for industrial accounts in food, beverage, and cold storage.
