Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Senior Regional Recruiting Manager to lead a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists. You will drive a robust pipeline into iCIMS for security roles, ensure compliance with employment laws, and optimize processes across the region.

Based in Irving, TX, you will partner with Operations, manage the regional budget, and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to improve time-to-fill and turnover. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a high-volume, full-life cycle recruiting environment.
• Experience in sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, and due diligence.
• Experience with an Applicant tracking system, preferably iCIMS.
• Polished written and oral communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to coach, manage candidates, and influence hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Direct regional recruiting activities to meet time-to-fill goals.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, licensing, and employment laws.
• Guide operations to ensure timely use of iCIMS in selection and placement.
• Manage regional recruitment budget to optimize ROI.
• Partner with Operations to manage client recruitment and retention.
• Hire and train new recruiters and recruitment support staff.
