Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Regional Recruiter to develop and execute recruiting strategies within an assigned region, ensuring a continuous pool of qualified candidates to meet branch hiring needs.

The role partners with field recruiting leadership, branch managers, and operations to forecast needs, manage applicant tracking, and optimize interview-to-hire ratios across the region; travel and in-person collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience turning goals into action by creating and executing strategies.
• Must be goal-oriented with ability to adapt to new environments.
• Energetic, driven personality with initiative and strong time management.
• Ability to work independently and also receive direction from managers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable integrating multiple apps to streamline operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional judgment.
• Valid driver's license, clean record, and reliable vehicle for travel.
• Willingness to travel periodically, including overnight stays.
• Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting strategies to maintain a ready pipeline across the region.
• Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and present ideas.
• Create a recruiting toolbox and resource binder with techniques and contacts.
• Help develop policies and procedures for a consistent recruiting process.
• Support branch staff with applicant tracking and posting openings.
• Analyze hiring data and adjust strategies to meet targets.
• Review branch hiring practices and conduct training to improve interview-to-hire rates.
• Assist with in-branch hiring events during peak periods.
