Job summary

Allied Universal in Las Vegas is seeking a Regional Recruiter to develop and execute recruiting strategies across the region and ensure a steady pool of qualified candidates for branch hiring needs.

You will partner with branch managers and executives, build a comprehensive recruiting toolbox, manage ATS workflows, analyze hiring data, and support in-branch hiring events. The role is in-office, Monday–Friday, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience turning goals into action by creating and executing recruiting strategies.
• Goal-oriented with ability to work in unfamiliar environments to accomplish hiring goals.
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel periodically.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting strategies to maintain a ready pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with regional and branch leadership to meet hiring needs.
• Create a recruiting toolbox of resources and methods for different regions.
• Develop policies and procedures for the recruiting process.
• Support branch staff with ATS usage and job postings.
• Analyze hiring metrics and prepare reports on ROI and trends.
• Assist with in-branch hiring events and peak-time recruitment.
