Job summary

Towne Park, LLC. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager, Hourly, to lead the hourly recruiting team and translate workforce planning into actionable strategies across markets. You will coach recruiters, partner with hiring managers, and ensure robust pipelines for growth.

The role emphasizes strategic workforce planning, employer branding, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, Operations and Legal to maintain compliant, high‑quality recruiting across Towne’s multi-site operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 2 years in a recruiting leadership or supervisory capacity.
Experience in hospitality, healthcare, commercial real estate or multi-site service industry preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, setting goals and providing growth opportunities.
Partner with senior leaders to translate long-range workforce needs into proactive recruitment strategy across markets.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations to meet quality, time-to-fill and cost targets.
Expand local market relationships with community organizations and schools to build pipelines.
Champion Towne’s employer brand and oversee team participation in career events.
Analyze recruiting metrics and report trends to leadership for strategy refinement.
Collaborate with HR, Operations and Legal to ensure compliant recruiting practices.
