Century Fire Protection in Duluth, GA is seeking a recruiter to source, screen, and hire top talent across multiple locations within a designated region. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from posting to onboarding.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in HR and 3+ years of recruiting in multi-location settings, with ATS/Paycom experience, and a proven ability to build a strong talent pipeline while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a multi-location/regional role.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and regional priorities.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Manage the full recruitment process from posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment metrics, applicant tracking, and reporting for management review.
• Build and maintain a strong regional talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and EEO/AA regulations.
• Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and community recruitment initiatives.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on recruitment and selection best practices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and regional hiring priorities.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, applicant tracking, and reporting for management review.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs within the region.

Education And/or Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a multi-location or regional role; familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms.

Computer Skills

Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS (Paycom) experience, preferred.

Physical Demands

Regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel; frequently required to talk or hear. Occasionally required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms and lift and/or move up to 10 pounds; vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
