Job summary

Century Fire Protection is seeking a regional Recruiter to source, screen, and hire top talent across multiple locations. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting to offer and onboarding.

The role emphasizes building a strong talent pipeline, maintaining ATS accuracy, and ensuring compliance with employment laws while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably multi-location or regional.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from posting to offer, negotiation, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and ATS records for leadership review.
• Build a strong regional talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and employment laws, including EEO/AA regulations.

Other duties may be assigned.Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and regional hiring priorities.Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, applicant tracking, and reporting for management review.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs within the region.Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and EEO/AA regulations.Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and community recruitment initiatives.Provide guidance and support to managers on best practices in recruiting and selection.Education and/or ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a multi-location or regional role; familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms.Computer SkillsMicrosoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS (Paycom) experience, preferred.Physical DemandsRegularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel; frequently required to talk or hear.
