Job summary

• Associate’s degree in Social Services, Human Services, Psychology, Business, or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years in operations management, care coordination, or related field; supervisory experience preferred.
• State certification or licensure to manage peer support specialists where applicable.
• Experience with EHR systems, data reporting, and digital collaboration tools.
• Must be able to travel 40-60% within the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-location Recovery Support Coordinator team.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Uphold Groups' values and ensure policy adherence across sites.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, safety, service delivery, and documentation.
• Analyze performance metrics and present to state and regional leadership.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership for integrated care delivery.
• Recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of coordinators.
• Travel up to 40-60% within the region.
