Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in operations management or care coordination; supervisory experience preferred.
• State certification or licensure to manage peer support where applicable.
• Travel up to 40-60% within the region; valid driver's license required.
• Experience with EHR systems and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a multi-location team of Recovery Support Coordinators to deliver high-quality recovery support.
• Provide direct supervision, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, mission-driven team culture.
• Coach Recovery Support team on handling complex cases and improving collaboration.
• Ensure adherence to workflows, policies, and compliance standards.
• Onboard and develop new staff; set expectations and provide ongoing training.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of Recovery Support Coordinators.
• Maintain knowledge of healthcare, insurance, and social service systems in regional areas.
