Job summary

Groups Recover Together is seeking a Recovery Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day multi-site operations and ensure compassionate, coordinated support for members in recovery.

You will supervise Recovery Support Coordinators, drive engagement, and collaborate with Clinical leadership to strengthen team-based care, while managing staffing, scheduling, workflows, and KPI performance across locations.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Social Services, Human Services, Psychology, Business, or related field required; equivalent education/experience considered. Bachelor’s preferred.
  • 3+ years in operations management, case management, care coordination, or related field; supervisory experience preferred.
  • State certification/licensure to oversee peer support specialists, where applicable.
  • Experience with EHR systems, data reporting, and digital collaboration tools.
  • Ability to meet all state and role-specific pre-employment requirements, including background checks, fingerprinting, drug testing, CPR/First Aid, and health screenings, as applicable.
  • Ability to travel up to 40-60% within the assigned region, rarely overnight; valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Reliable internet and Wi-Fi with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a multi-location team of Recovery Support Coordinators.
  • Provide supervision, feedback, performance management, onboarding, and professional development.
  • Foster an inclusive, mission-driven culture grounded in Groups' values and member-centered care.
  • Coach teams through complex cases, effective communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, workflows, compliance standards, and recovery support practices.
  • Lead team change initiatives and provide hands-on support during onboarding, transitions, and operational changes.
  • Partner with Clinical leadership on recruitment, hiring, and team performance.
  • Oversee daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Drive accountability for KPIs including member engagement, retention, census growth, financial performance, and employee satisfaction.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, office coverage, supplies, equipment, and operational workflows.
  • Conduct quality, compliance, documentation, and chart audits.
  • Support new site launches, transitions, relocations, and closures, including staffing and operational readiness.
  • Partner with regional leadership on growth, expansion, and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze performance data and develop actionable plans to improve outcomes and operations.
  • Provide performance reporting and support licensing, accreditation, and managed care audits.
  • Ensure accurate EHR documentation and quality oversight of Recovery Support services.
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and community partners to strengthen integrated, member-centered care.
  • Serve as a liaison for escalated member and stakeholder concerns.
  • Lead special projects, pilots, process improvements, and expansion initiatives.
  • Maintain working knowledge of healthcare, insurance, social service systems, and community resources within assigned markets.
  • Participate in community outreach and education to strengthen partnerships and improve member access to resources.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

As a Recovery Operations Supervisor, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of multiple sites while ensuring members receive the compassionate, coordinated support they need to move forward in recovery. You’ll lead Recovery Support Coordinators, drive member engagement and retention, and partner with Clinical and regional leaders to strengthen team-based care and improve outcomes. You’ll oversee key operational goals, including staffing, scheduling, workflows, census growth, P&L performance, and employee engagement- making sure our teams have what they need to show up for members every day. Schedule

Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:00pm PST

  • Occasional travel to Washington and Oregon to support expanding operations, with other locations to be determined.
  • Occasional evenings and weekends required
