Job summary

Americana, LLC in the United States (Nevada) is seeking a Corporate Trainer to deliver high-quality real estate training programs for Sales Executives across AZ, CA, and NV. You will design, develop, and deliver training, coaching, and support to help leverage sales technologies and achieve peak performance.

Responsibilities include leading on-site and virtual sessions, creating educational materials, coordinating with staff, and assisting recruitment and onboarding of sales associates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 2–3 years professional training experience with curriculum delivery.
• At least 4 years of real estate sales experience or experience in a related field.
• Proven experience in writing, developing, and delivering presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead training initiatives to enhance sales performance.
• Deliver on-site trainings across AZ/CA/NV and travel as needed.
• Create educational materials and resources to support learning.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of sales staff.
• Assess training needs with management and propose solutions.
