Job summary

RealtySouth is seeking a Corporate Trainer to design and deliver high‑quality training for Sales Executives across AZ, CA, and NV. You will provide real estate education, coaching, and support to maximize productivity and adoption of sales technologies.

Responsibilities include developing curricula, delivering sessions in multiple formats, and collaborating with leadership to align training with business goals. Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of professional training experience with curriculum delivery and facilitation.
• At least 4 years of real estate sales experience or related field.
• Proven ability to write, develop, and deliver presentations for groups and individuals.
• Experience with CRM systems and eLearning platforms.
• Strong MS Office skills and excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, implement, and lead training initiatives to enhance performance.
• Deliver on-site and virtual training sessions across AZ/CA/NV markets.
• Organize materials and resources to support ongoing learning.
• Assist managers with recruitment and onboarding of sales staff.
• Collaborate with management to assess training needs and deliver solutions.
