Job summary

HomeServices of America seeks a Corporate Trainer to deliver high‑quality training programs for Sales Executives across Arizona, California, and Nevada. The role focuses on estate education, coaching, and support to improve productivity and leverage sales technologies.

The trainer will design and deliver training across markets, including new hire training, leadership development, and ongoing coaching. Occasional travel and a strong emphasis on collaboration with leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of professional training experience including curriculum delivery and facilitation.
• At least 4 years of real estate sales experience or related field.
• Experience with writing, developing, and delivering presentations for groups and individuals.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, implement, and lead training initiatives to enhance sales performance.
• Deliver training via in-person, virtual, and on‑the‑job methods; travel as needed.
• Administer development programs; coordinate with sales agents and staff.
• Organize, update, and create educational materials and resources.
