Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to provide consulting for our multi-use facility client account, overseeing projects from initiation to completion, including ground-up and infrastructure work.

The role may require up to 50% regional travel, primarily in the Eastern/Central Time Zone. You will lead planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout, work with clients to define scope, resources, budgets, schedules, and risk, and coach teams to achieve project objectives while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Ground up construction and MEP infrastructure experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Kahua, D365 or ERP platforms.
• Strong MS Office skills and basic budgeting math.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects.
• Prepare scope, cost estimates, budget, work plan schedule, milestones, and quality control.
• Define project delivery resources and conduct RFp/bid evaluations; recommend vendors.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and timely, coordinated documentation.
• Direct the project delivery team and provide guidance toward goals.
• Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule; track progress and report variances.
• Identify threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
